Our minds can convince us to believe in the most negative scenarios if we let it. That’s IF we let it. That means that we can convince them to believe the most positive things too, right?
Breathing is so easy for most of us, yet so important, especially with people who live with mental illnesses.
A simple two minutes of breathing exercise can calm your mind soo much, make you feel instantly better and give you perspective on your negativity.
That’s what I want you to remember today:)
