My plan for this week is to slow down and go easy on myself.
So I just wanted to remind you to not put too much pressure on yourself, whatever you’re doing.
If you’re feeling overwhelmed, notice it, take a break (meditate, jog, yoga, talk to a friend, talk to me, smile).
Recovery is a process. It takes time.
Give yourself time to heal! 🙂
