A lot of times we tend to talk negatively to/about ourselves.

Our mental illnesses feeds off our negativity towards ourselves. When you speak to your loved ones you most likely wouldn’t call them the names you call yourself or constantly blame them for things!
Self-worth comes from only one place; YOURSELF.
You are wonderful. Worthwhile. Loveable.
Tell yourself that! You CAN do it.
