“I suffer from depression, anxiety, and low self-esteem. I’ve battled with this ongoing for 7 years now.
I am currently just starting CBT therapy to help me gain confidence and learn to be myself and love who I am as a person.
It’s all been caused by bullying from school, then an abusive relationship and friendships that turned against me. I have been thrown from one bully to another for years now and struggle making friends or being around groups of people due to having panic attacks and fear I’m under attack or being judged.
Slowly I am building my story online by blogging daily what I do to help my anxiety and raising awareness for others how hard it is and how to get through it. I do this on my Instagram page.
I have promised myself I will get better and one day learns to wake up and look forward to the challenges the day faces me. Wish me luck.
