What’s mindfulness?

Mindfulness is;
✨Observing your life as it’s happening,
✨Accepting your current situation without judgment or struggle,
✨Allowing feelings to exist without letting them drive your actions,
✨Noticing thoughts as they arise without the need to buy into them,

✨Taking actions based on what you feel in your heart, rather than old habits or short term convenience.

    That’s one I’m currently working on because the mind and heart have always been at odds with each other. However, being present and comfortable with embracing my emotions has helped start the bridge work…
