“I suffer from a few chronic illnesses, including Complex Regional Pain Syndrome, this has been a huge factor in being diagnosed with Depression and Anxiety. CRPS means I’m in constant intense pain, the temperature varies massively; burning hot & freezing cold, it swells so I can’t put shoes on, and can feel as if it’s being trapped in a vice and I’m walking on glass all at once. Medication has greatly helped my mental health and I’ve just started to work with an Occupational Therapist on practical ways of tackling my symptoms. My health prognosis is unclear, but I try to remain positive about the future”
