“I have Anxiety and depression. I have suffered with them for about 5 to 7 years but seeing as im 17 years old that’s most of my life.
They have affected my life so much and now its starting to affect my daily life/routine.
As for what I do to deal with it, I try and think as positive as possible, I mean it can’t help the whole time not for me, at least I plan to do some sort of counselling or therapy because talking about how your feeling is always super important, I hate how much it can affect your life and how you think but I really want to live better, healthier and to be honest as long as you surround yourself with the right people who make you happy you’re half way there. I like to think that when I talk to my friends it helps me think positive and be happy!
I also like to go shopping because I guess in a way its my medicine like retail therapy.”
